ADDC Bandipora reviews preparations for Har Ghar Tiranga Programme

Stresses on active involvement of Employees, PRIs, General Public

BANDIPORA – On the directions of Deputy Commissioner, Bandipora, Dr  Owais Ahmed and in order to review  the preparations and plan of activities for celebrations of Har Ghar Tiranga programme to mark the 75th Independence day under Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav, the Additional District Development Commissioner Bandipora, Mohammad Ashraf Hakak on Friday  chaired a meeting of Officers of various  Departments at mini secretariat Bandipora.

The meeting was attended by ACD Bandipora Ab Rashid Dar, DySP Dar Ashfaq Aalam, Tehsildar Bandipora, CMO Bandipora, District Treasury Officer and other concerned officers.

Principals of  GDC Bandipora, Ajas, Sumbal, Gurez, Tulail and other officers from Sumbal and Gurez  sub division attended the meeting through video conferencing.

The ADDC took Department wise review of activities to be undertaken during the programme.

The meeting held detailed discussion on various deliberations of Har Ghar Tiranga Initiative and collection of amount for flags, distribution of flags, and implementation of Har Ghar Tiranga Initiative at panchayat level besides other measures related to Har Ghar Tiranga initiative.

The meeting was informed that District Level and Block Level Committees have been framed to supervise effective implementation of Har Ghar Tiranga Initiative.

The ADDC stressed upon the Officers to ensure all necessary arrangements to reach out the every stakeholder to make the programme a success.

Hakak stressed on the active involvement of all the employees and PRIs in the Har Ghar Tiranga initiative  besides the general public.

He said to sensitize the officials, a workshop on Flag code will be conducted by district administration next week.

He stressed upon all concerned to follow Standard protocol to honour the National Flag.
