RAJOURI, JANUARY 24 – Principal GMC Rajouri, Dr. A.S. Bhatia, provided an update on the current situation involving members of the Badhal family and their close contacts admitted to GMC Rajouri. He confirmed that there are 11 patients under care, of which two are in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and nine are in the isolation ward. Dr. Bhatia assured that all the patients are stable and receiving the necessary medical attention.

Out of the 11 patients, 10 belong to the family that recently suffered a tragic loss, while one individual is not related to them. In addition to these patients, 50 close contacts of Fazal and other family members have been placed in the isolation ward under strict observation by a dedicated team of doctors. This precautionary measure has been taken to ensure early detection of any symptoms and to provide timely treatment if required.
