Speaking to media on the sidelines of National Unity Day function at Lal Chowk, IGP said the Unity Day was celebrated at Lal Chowk, which remained witness to the parade live telecast from Kevadia, Gujarat where Prime Minister addressed the nation.

He said Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha joined the function along with J&K Police, CAPFs, youth of Kashmir and school children to listen to the Prime Minister’s address.
