RAJOURI, OCT 21 – Lt. Gen. Naveen Sachdeva, General Officer Commanding (GOC) of the White Knight Corps, conducted a security review today in the Katarmal and Dindhari areas of the Pir Panjal region. Accompanied by Major General Manish Gupta, GOC Romeo Force, and Colonel Rohit Bharat, Commanding Officer of the 61 Rashtriya Rifles, Lt. Gen. Sachdeva’s visit was part of ongoing efforts to maintain and enhance the security framework across the region.
The GOC White Knight Corps regularly holds meetings and security reviews in key areas of the Pir Panjal region to assess the situation on the ground, evaluate threat perceptions, and ensure the preparedness of forces deployed in this strategically important region. During the visit, Lt. Gen. Sachdeva interacted with local commanders, reviewed operational readiness, and received briefings on current security dynamics, including counter-infiltration measures and local intelligence gathering.
The review focused on maintaining peace and stability in the area, enhancing coordination among security forces, and addressing any emerging security concerns.
