BARAMULLA, OCTOBER 25 – Dr. Syed Sehrish Asgar, Deputy Commissioner Baramulla, was honoured today with Dr. Nirmala Deshpande Women Empowerment Award 2023, by the Gandhi Global Family for her outstanding contributions in the field of public service.
