KATHUA, DEC 15 – Deputy Commissioner Kathua Rahul Pandey on Thursday chaired a meeting to finalize Stamp duty rates as per market value guidelines for the year 2023 .
ADC Kathua Atul Gupta , ADC Basohli Ajeet singh, ADC Billawar Vinay Khosla, SDM Hiranagar, Registrar Kathua ,General Manager District Industries Centre, Sub Registrar Kathua,Tehsildar Kathua, Tehsildar Headquarter, Tehsildar Nagri, Tehsildar Bani attended the meeting.
The respective Revenue Officers apprised the DC that the stamp duty rates have been analyzed and informed about the area wise percentage of hike in the rates in their respective areas of jurisdictions. They also apprised the DC about the reasons for the hike in stamp duty rates.
A threadbare discussion was held on the rates received from the sub divisions including Rural, Urban and Industrial areas for their compilation which shall be sent to Div Com office for finalization.
