JAMMU, NOV 26– Information and Higher Education departments today jointly accorded an affectionate adieu to Principal Secretary, Rohit Kansal, on his transfer to the Center Government.
Senior officers of both the departments appreciated and highlighted the contribution of Kansal while serving as Principal Secretary in the government of Jammu and Kashmir. They said that his high aptitude and deep expertise in the world of administration would serve as guiding force for all of us and others to serve the public in a better way.
They conveyed their best wishes to Kansal for his new assignment while expressing their gratitude to him for his support and leading guidance always towards streamlining working of their respective departments.
