DAK Demands Immediate Caderization Of All Strata Of Doctors

Srinagar: DAK in a communique has demanded immediate caderization of all strata of Doctors including medical officers, dental surgeons and consultants of health department .
President DAK Dr Suhail Naik termed it a vital exercise and need of the hour in the growth and development of both department and employees. Caderization  will not only help in smooth functioning of dept by virtue of its proper division of labour mechanism like right person at right place but will also enthuse the sense of satisfaction and responsibility among doctors of all strata.
General Secretary DAK,
Dr Owais H Dar said that doctors across the state have been protesting for decades to fulfill the genuine demands of doctors especially caderisation of Medical Officer/Dental surgeons to Medical officers, Senior Medical Officers and super scale Medical Officers likewise in the Consultants also to their respective cadres.
Dr Arshad Joint Secretary DAK added that caderization of doctors as vital as chain of command of any disciplined army. No war can be won without establishing the proper caderization of its men  be it fighting Covid-19 pandemic or other diseases of common masses in day to day life.
DAK hopes that governor led administration will completely restore administrative seniority based on merit and credibility.
It also urged Advisor, B R Bhatnager and Financial Commissioner HME, Attal Dulloo to look into the matter and expedite the process of caderization in Health Department as per recruitment rules so that the long pending demand of the doctors is met once for all.
