Addressing a large gathering on the occasion, Minister Sakeena Itoo highlighted the transformative role of sports in shaping a healthy and progressive society. “Sports not only foster discipline, teamwork and physical fitness but also serve as a powerful medium to engage youth positively and keep them away from social evils”, she stated.
