“Admin Stands Shoulder to Shoulder with families”

SRINAGAR, APRIL 22 – Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manojn Sinha on Monday visted the Gandabal Batwara area of Sringar where six people drowned to death on April 16.

As per the details available with Kashmir News Service (KNS), LG Sinha met the families of deceased and also visited families of who are still missing.

The LG Sinha also visited the incident spot where rescue operation is still going on.

Meanwhile LG posted on “X”, “Met the family members of the victims who lost their lives in the heartbreaking boat tragedy on April 16 and expressed my deep condolences. Assured all help and support. UT Administration stands shoulder to shoulder with the families”.

Six persons had died after boat capsized in Gandabal Batwara area of Srinagar 9n April 6 while as three are still missing for which rescue operation is still going on.
