SRINAGAR, APRIL 15 – In a significant development in Jammu and Kashmir’s political landscape, Munir Khan, the brother of jailed Hurriyat leader Nayeem Khan, has decided to join the political mainstream and is likely to flout his own outfit.

Top sources said that Muneer Khan, who hails from north Kashmir, is set to launch his new political party ahead of the Lok Sabha elections 2024.

They said that Khan is also likely to contest in Lok Sabha polls as he decided to quit separatist ideology and actively participate in mainstream politics.

Meanwhile, Muneer Khan confirmed to KNS that he is joining the mainstream politics and is set to launch a new political party.
