After determining online service facilities for the consumers of different government departments, the administration has launched a portal to allow the public to avail of transparent service. The e-UNNAT Auto Appeal System empowers the citizens of Jammu and Kashmir to make appeals regarding their grievances or any issues related to the delivery of the services they aspire to get online. Choosing an online service over an offline service helps people stay home and spend lesser time seeking whatever type of solutions for themselves. The Auto Appeal System (AAS) can be reached at https://aas.jk.gov.in, a website serving as a platform to address and redress the problems of the people in the valley. This way, the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir has become the first region to share such a service where people can directly put up their grievances online and can track their complaints filed. All the consumers are directed to register their complaints and follow the progress on the portal. The applications received and the applications pending, the services that are already delivered to the consumers and the applications that are rejected in the process, every detail will be available on this portal. In the meanwhile, the Unified Citizen Sevices Portal https://eUnnat.jk.gov.in incorporates ‘Meri Pehchan’ to offer citizen-centric services to the general public on a single portal. The move is appreciated, however, citizens are hopeful to get their grievances solved in a single redressal filed on the portal in a single go
