Aspirants of government examinations in Kashmir have a tough time maintaining their reasons for not getting the desired jobs even after burdening themselves with the pressure of dynamic studies and joblessness at the same time. Every now and then, they are given explanations for things that are not responsible for. Either corruption or favouritism, they pay the price for dreaming of the prestigious examinations. Be it the regional-level or the national-level examination, aspirants fail to prove their capabilities. Carrying loads of books, collecting piles of notes, and spending an adequate amount of money on coaching classes, all they are left with are their blurred hopes. Blending their endeavours with the uncertainty of the circumstances, aspirants are always astonished by the facts that are barely obvious and are led by irregularities. The administration should intervene in the matter and try to fix the problems faced by the candidates who are aspirants for government examinations. Corruption must be ended by releasing the miscreants from their positions after inquiries are made on an immediate basis. Favouritism should also be concluded by making the conduction of examinations and issuance of results a transparent process for the general public. People deserve their place in the administration and the only way they can play their part toward a sustainable society is by clearing the prescribed examinations. The schedule of these examinations needs to be mended with zero contortion. Aspirants are in dire need of proper fetching of examinations across the region to ensure them a secure future.
