Changing the current structure and scenario of education in the country, the government-recognized institutions will receive commonly framed question papers through the implementation of the Student Assessment and Evaluation Scheme (SAES). The traditional examination pattern will be unfollowed and replaced by a novel AI-powered technical assessment focused on the overall development of the children’s personalities. The management will discard the popular grade system utilisation in these educational institutions. The multidimensional report cards issued by the State Council of Education and Research and Training (SCERT) will take care of the progress of the students. These report cards will be framed in a way to make a 360-degree examination of students’ abilities and capabilities. The National Education Policy (NEP) has changed the figure of the curriculum, criteria for various higher degrees, research and now the examination conduction, and the grading of students. The eligibility of the students to cross the present class and promotion of the next class will be based on the provision of extra courses for three or four months during the vacation period. This will be followed by one more assessment test which will be based on the grades achieved by the students. If the student fails to meet the requirements for promotion to the next class, he has to go through the reassessment test and sit back in the same class. The new pattern is the strictest method if implemented in government-run institutions. With this new decision, students are directed to put effort into their overall development and refine their skills of learning. However, the consequences will be reported once the implementation is done.
