Eradication of unemployment, to an extent, took serious efforts from the administration in engaging youth across the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir. While flipping the situation is not possible, progress can be made gradually. Certain schemes are made available for them to opt for the best opportunities. Assisting youth with these schemes is assuredly a great success. However, opening more such employment securities will encourage young men and women to get rid of worklessness and provide themselves with a means of livelihood. Among the schemes is fish farming for entrepreneurship purposes for youth through Central Government’s Rashtriya Kissan Vikas Yojna (RKVY). This scheme has supported people by offering them the means to generate income for themselves. This includes the establishment of fish farm units, providing the necessary types of equipment for farming, and the feed for the fish. Fish farming in Kashmir is one of the best possibilities to end the economic crises of the people. Engaging youth in work to demolish idleness in them will eventually help them to produce enough work for other jobless youth. The chain is possible only with the help of administration and the support of schemes meant for the upliftment of youth. Promoting the ideas of these young people will also bring out innovation in them. Yielding the best for society is attainable by creating or easing ways for them. Therefore, simplification of the problem of unemployment is essential to build an evil-free society.
