We are growing step by step: Mir Aftab

SRINAGAR NOV 22 –  Thrive Kashmir on Monday started a campaign for collection of books and clothes for needy people.

The campaign started from the Amira Kadal Higher Secondary School where books were collected from the teachers and students.

“There was a good response from the people and many have donated wholeheartedly. So, we have decided that we will continue with our initiative and will collect books and clothes for the needy ones,” Mir Aftab, president of Thrive Kashmir said.

“We are already giving nebulizers, air mattresses, oxygen concentrators and oximeters for the needy and we do collect donations for them,” he added.

Detailing about how Thrive Kashmir responds to the SOS calls all over the valley, Aftab said that we are in contact with many local NGOs and if we get a call from any district we connect them to the nearby one to address their needs.
