RAJOURI, NOV 09 – One person was killed while another received injuries in collision between a bus and a motorcycle near Lamberi area of Rajouri district Tuesday on late evening.
Official sources said that a collision took place between a bus and a motorcycle near Lamberi, resulting into injuries to bike rider and pillion rider at Lamberi.
After getting information, police team rushed to the spot and shifted the injured to SDH Nowshera, where one among the injured died during treatment and another injured was referred to Government Medical College and Hospital GMC Jammu for specialized treatment.
The deceased was identified as Irfan Ahmed, son of Mohd Azam of Lamberi, while the injured was identified as Sharvat Sharma, son of Koshal Sharma of Bagnoti.
A case FIR Number 247/2022 under sections 279, 337 and 304-A IPC has been registered at Police Station Nowshera and investigation started.
