Witnessing a huge increase in the number of social welfare trusts, non-profit
organizations, non-governmental organizations, and societies, the demand for
ground-level work is sorted on the basis of ideologies of such foundations. Most of
them work independently and show concern for a particular community in society.
It has been observed that many of them work for the help, benefit, and welfare of
the common people in the region, however, some communities require the help of
such organizations so that they can build themselves. One such community is of
students who are in dire need of support from such sources. The school-going
children, college students, and scholars at Universities are always in need of
financial support to buy or acquire costly materials like books or notes to maintain
their studies. Social welfare organizations should include supporting the students
with the material for their studies, especially the examinations they want to
participate in and aspire for their future. These organizations can help the students
to uplift themselves and make them future-ready. Besides, establishing open
libraries for the students who prepare for competitive examinations or want to
spend most of their time with books. Meanwhile, the administration may intervene
and add an additional help or appreciate these organizations to encourage young
students to adopt the book culture that would eventually help them to keep them
from the social evils prevailing in society. While these organizations are helping
people with their requirements, the requirements of the students should also be
counted. Donating books, study material, stationery, and other essentials to
students may achieve the target of universal education in the Union Territory of
Jammu and Kashmir.
