SRINAGAR – A special court in Jammu and Kashmir granted interim bail to Kashmiri Journalist Fahad Shah on Saturday.

“The majesty of law has been upheld, the Special Court designated under the NIA act admitted @pzfahad to interim bail. The administration couldn’t dominate maliciously while the judiciary rescued him courageously. Thank you for the support from every corner and everyone,” tweeted Advocate Umair Ronga.

Ronga said “Special Court designated under the NIA act admitted Fahad to interim bail, we hope he will be released till late evening”.

Fahad, who is editor of a local news magazine and portal, “The Kashmir Walla”, was arrested by police in FIR No. 19/2022 registered by Pulwama police under 13 Unlawful activities.
