Goyal is new administrative head of J&K’s Home department

SRINAGAR – In a significant development, Jammu & Kashmir Government on Friday posted Raj Kumar Goyal as Financial Commissioner, Home department.

According to an order, Raj Kumar Goyal(AGMUT-1990) has been posted as Financial Commissioner (Additional Chief Secretary), Home department.
