DC Ganderbal reviews developmental scenario in district

GANDERBAL – The Deputy Commissioner (DC) Ganderbal, Krittika Jyotsna today convened a meeting of officers from line departments to review the progress on ongoing vital projects and status of the Languishing scheme in the district.

During the meeting, the DDC reviewed the physical and financial progress on the projects that are under the execution of KPDCL, Education, R&B and other departments in the district.

She sought details from the concerned departments and executing agencies regarding the progress achieved on projects under the Languishing scheme and threadbare discussion was also held regarding the delay in completion of various projects for which the time lines were fixed.

Jyotsna stressed upon the concerned agencies to monitor the execution of ongoing works in the district by way of frequent field visits and exhorted for expediting the pace of work on Languishing projects for their timely completion.

CPO, Ganderbal, Executive Engineers of various wings and other concerned attended the meeting.
