Rajouri Police Organized Seminar on Drug Abuse at Nowshera

RAJOURI – On the directions of SSP Rajouri Sheema Nabi Qasba IPS, The District Police Rajouri held a seminar on the issue to spread awareness about  drug abuse among students, Titled… “GET HIGH ON LIFE,  NOT ON DRUGS, Its effects and legal aspects as per the law”. The seminar was attended by selected students of GDC Nowshera and Higher Secondary Schools of Nowshera, while observing appropriate Covid behaviour and other guidelines. The  main focus was to understand the ill affects  of drug addiction and finding ways  to avoid falling prey to it. One student from each participating institute also shared his/her views on the topic. SSP Rajouri was the chief guest on the occasion who spoke on the impact of drugs on our youth and society.The programme was also attended by  Adl SP Nowshera, ADC Nowshera, Principal GDC,  Principals of all Hr Sec. Schools,  SDPO Nowshera, SHO Nowshera and Dr. Chander. Later on SSP Rajouri Ms Sheema Qasba and other dignitaries felicitated the toppers of recently conducted 10th and 12th board exams by presenting them momentos.
