Who to blame?

Our society has adopted a number of trends – trends that are are not healthy, trends that create a sense of horror among people, and trends that undeniably are not acceptable. Among such trends, undertaking murderous attempts is one. In the previously dilapidated society where flaws have always been welcomed, this new trend can hit it even worst.  It is evident if we do not keep such trends in check, our society is soon going to take a new face. Since no Kashmiri needs to be introduced to the expansion of crimes in society, one needs to pay heed to the issue. With a recent incident that took place inside the campus of Kashmir Law College – a reputed college for Law in Srinagar, one wonders if those who study Law begin to deal with Law the way they have. Rumors said that a student was stabbed by the other, but the video on Social media circulated the truth of a senior-versus-junior case. How far did they justify the course they pursue? How easily did they fail! Where does the fault lie? Who is to blame? The truth is: Our education system has everything to provide except EDUCATION. This is what our society lacks. This is where our Educational institutions fail. This is where the system of Education in Kashmir needs to be revived. However, this is neither the first case in Kashmir nor the first in this college. Things are occurring and crimes rising in our society. If such inhuman trends are given a nod in society, our institutions will soon become insecure and unconfident.
