KULGAM: Dr Bilal Mohi-Ud-Din Bhat today assumed the charge as Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kulgam.
He took over the charge from Showkat Aijaz Bhat who served the district twice as Deputy Commissioner.
Soon after assuming the charge, the DC held interaction with senior officers of the district administration and was briefed about the overall profile of the district.
He impressed upon them to adopt a coordinated approach to achieve the goals set for development of the district, besides mitigating public issues on priority.
